DESCRIPTION
A deep green cabochon rests between two antique gold elephants, and below them a blackened silver cage hangs heavy with brass leaves and small green stones. A row of pearls finishes the base like a fringed canopy. The elephant has carried processions across this subcontinent for centuries, and here it carries the weight of the earring itself.
