We ensure that every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, we request you to read the policy below before making a purchase.
No Returns & No Exchanges
We currently follow a No Return & No Exchange policy for all items.
Please review product descriptions, sizes, and photographs carefully before placing your order.
Handcrafted Items
Most of our products are handcrafted, and therefore may have minor variations in color, texture, detailing & design.
These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are considered a feature of uniqueness & authenticity and not a defect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with any manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a replacement request:

Take clear photos and an unboxing video of the product and packaging.

Share them with us along with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will:

Arrange a replacement of the same product, or

Provide store credit if a replacement is not available.
Refunds will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced or restocked. The refund will be complete within 7-15 days, depends on bank services availability.
Not Eligible for Replacement/Refund
