DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
No — currently we do not offer Cash On Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using the secure payment options available on our website.

No — we do not process orders over the phone. All orders must be placed directly via our website:
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes — registration is required to shop on our site. Creating an account helps us manage orders, track shipments, and provide better support.
Shipping & Delivery
DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER INDIA?
Yes — we ship orders nationwide across India. For remote locations where our standard courier partners may not reach, we will evaluate alternate shipping options on a case-by-case basis.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, you’ll get tracking details (tracking link / AWB number) via email. Use that to track delivery on the courier partner’s website.
Order Changes, Duplicate Orders & Returns
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER AFTERPLACING THE ORDER?

I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED THE SAME ORDER TWICE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OR MAKE PAYMENT OUTSIDE YOUR WEBSITE (VIA WHATSAPP, BANK TRANSFER OR ANY EXTERNAL PAYMENT LINK)?
No, we strongly advise customers to place orders and complete payments only through our official website. We do not authorize payments via WhatsApp, direct bank transfers, or third-party links. This ensures your transaction is secure and protected. Any request for payment outside our website should be treated as fraudulent.
