After you place your order, our Customer Care team may contact you for confirmation.
 Once confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 5–6 working days.

After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

We currently ship orders only within India.

Delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 8–10 working days
  
  
• Tier 2, Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 10–15 working days
  
  

Shipping Charges (Within India)

• Free Shipping on orders of above ₹499/-
  
  
• For orders below ₹500/-, a flat ₹50/- shipping charge will apply
   (This fee is non-refundable)
  
  

Damaged / Tampered Packages

If your parcel appears opened, tampered, or damaged at the time of delivery:

• Please refuse to accept the package
  
  
• Contact us immediately at contact@heermaya.com with your Order Number
  

We will arrange a replacement at the earliest. 

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances.
 Any cancellation from our side will be communicated promptly, and applicable refunds will be processed on priority.

If you wish to cancel your order:

• Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order

Please Note:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
  
  
• Orders cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched
