DESCRIPTION
Six hexagonal medallions hang in a shallow arc, each one set with a turquoise flowerhead ringed in fine granulation. Textured oxidised barrels and small blue beads run along the chain to the clasp, and the matching earrings finish with a granulated sphere above a turquoise bead. It is Banjara vocabulary, worked at a scale you can wear to dinner. Worn by women who were never meant to blend in.
Style Note
